Andrew started his career in the Ministry of Works and Communications in eSwatini and went on to work for the Development Bank of Southern Africa as well as Otis Elevators in South Africa and Canada. He later moved on to become Managing Director of Murray and Roberts’ toll roads concession business, Tolcon. He was subsequently appointed as MD of Vodacom SA. After serving as MD of Vodacom SA, Andrew was charged with setting up Vodacom International (Pty) Ltd and later promoted to Deputy Group CEO of the Vodacom Group of Companies, a position he held until he left. Andrew now manages his investment company and consults to various clients on ICT strategies. He also sits on various boards.

She previously served as a director on South32 Coal Holdings Proprietary Limited, Old Mutual Limited as well as various MTN Group subsidiaries in the rest of Africa where she chaired the audit committees. She is commercially astute and has a deep level of technical accounting knowledge with an objective and broad-minded approach that stems from her multi-sector experience as well as her exposure to diverse cultures.

Mr Moleketi is a former Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of South Africa and Gauteng Province MEC of Finance and Economic Affairs as well as a director of several companies listed on the JSE Limited. He is non-executive Chairman of PPC Limited and non-executive director if Remgro. He holds postgraduate economics and management qualifications from the University of London and Harvard Business School and has extensive international exposure, extensive strategic leadership skills and in-depth corporate governance experience in both the public and private sectors. He is a non-executive director and shareholder of EOH’s black empowerment partner, Lebashe Investment Group.

Andrew started his career in Sales & Marketing with AECI. He moved to their parent company ICI in the UK before returning to South Africa. He was then Managing Director of a number of smaller, privately owned businesses or divisions of a listed group. He was appointed CEO of the listed group Oceana in 1999, and remained there until 2009 when he joined Nampak as CEO. He retired from Nampak in 2014. He is currently the Chairman of Ster Kinekor Theatres.

Jesmane has over 16 years’ experience mainly in investments and private equity. Jesmane is Managing Partner of private equity fund AIH Capital. Jesmane was the former Head of Business Engagement Africa, World Economic Forum based in Switzerland. Jesmane was nominated a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in 2013 and a BMW Foundation Responsible Leader in 2022. She is the author of “My Blood Divides and Unites” on racial reconciliation and inclusion.
Prior to joining the EOH Group, Stephen was with the MTN Group and served as Vice President: Digital Services, Data Analytics and Business Development.He was a member of the MTN Group Executive Committee, Group Transformation Board and the Group Operations Committee.
Stephen has over 20 years’ experience within the Banking Sector; at Deutsche Bank South Africa from 1996 -2006, he was Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking, a member of the Executive Committee and a trustee on the foundation; at Barclays Africa Group from 2006-2016, he was Chief Executive of Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), a member of the Executive Committee and chaired the Citizenship and Innovation Committees across Africa, a member of the Barclays Plc Global Investment Committee, the Barclays Social Innovation Fund and was Chairman of The Absa Foundation Trust.

Ziaad spent 13 years at IBM, initially as the Head of Legal then Chief Operations Officer across Southern Africa. At IBM he served on IBM SA’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee, chaired IBM’s Social & Ethics Committee and Disciplinary Board.In his current role at EOH, Ziaad is responsible for the overall Go-To-Market proposition which includes sales, consulting, commercial constructs, investments, solutioning & marketing. Ziaad also serves as the SA Chair of 4IR on BRICS and is the Chair of the ICT 4IR Public Private Growth Initiative (PPGI) Business Advisory Group to the President.
As head of iOCO Digital, Brian has extensive experience in the ICT industry spanning over 25 years, having worked in various management and executive positions. He was co-founder and owner of Airborne Consulting, a successful software development company which was acquired by EOH in 2011. Brian continued at the helm of Airborne Consulting for a number of years and in recent years took on a new regional role as Head of the Western Cape.
Natasha is a business strategist and strategy execution professional. She started her career in 2000 with global strategy consulting firm, Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), before joining the Barclays (Absa) Africa Group in 2006, where she was initially focused on strategy development within Investment Banking. During her 13-year tenure, she held a number of strategic and operational roles across Trading, Custody and Strategy as well as running large strategic IT project execution. Her most recent role prior to joining EOH was heading up International Banking in South Africa.
Marius is by nature an entrepreneur with extensive experience as an owner and operator of retail operations including diverse businesses such as Mugg & Bean and King Pie. After serving as Managing Director of Mugg & Bean, he decided to join Standard Bank as the Head of Channel Development. Later he ran the Global Real Estate portfolio reporting to the Group CEO. Prior to joining EOH, he worked for the Absa Group where he served as Chief Executive: Customer channels, distribution.
