We follow a rigorous competency based interview process, which may include panel as well as individual interviews. For certain key positions, psychometric testing may be included as part of our selection process.
Through the EOH Academy we develop critical skills to prepare our professionals to engage effectively with our clients, supporting the building of life-long partnerships. The Academy is focused on the provision of classroom based, short course training for our employees.
We maintain a CV database where we store the CV’s of exceptional individuals whom we believe have the potential to meet our business requirements at some point in the future. These CV’s provide a starting point for our recruitment process as and when positions become available in the organisation.
